Here at the beginning of 2018, apocalyptic signs are everywhere. Wars and rumors of war on all sides, women demanding justice after thousands of years of harassment and abuse, a corrupt administration that is bringing the very judgment of God upon us all in hurricanes, fires, and freezing are just the start. UFO disclosure happened just several weeks ago with an article in the New York Times – and in the holiday hullaboo and the ever-worsening political crises, it was hardly even noticed.
And I’m here to tell you that the UFOs have not gone away. In fact, they’re back.
Two years ago, at midnight on New Years, I had my first undeniable UFO sighting in my 60-plus years on this rock; and on January 1, 2018, two years to the minute since that time, I had another very similar sighting. Here’s the report I wrote:
At midnight, I was standing in the door of the chapel getting ready to ring the bell as is my New Year’s tradition. As before, I spotted three glowing orange dots. only these were low to the NE moving slowly and steadily up southwards. The top two made a hook west and faded out. By the time the third, flickering slightly, slowly faded, as many as 5 or 6 more in a loose constellation were traversing the same direction, disappearing one by one. A very bright one followed behind, taking the same curved route as the first two. Took nearly 10 minutes for the whole sequence to play out.
I’m not sure of the exact number because by this time I knew they were not helicopters and was desperately trying to get a picture. Afterwards, I thought they might have been fire balloons — until I saw the single photo that came out.
Those wild orange swirls are the motions of the orange dots within the space of time it took to snap the photo. They are NOT the result of camera motion because 1) they are not at all the same, and 2) that bright green squiggle in the lower left is a row of Christmas tree lights across the street, which is sharp with no blur at all – one can make out the individual bulb son the full-size original. I’ve enhanced color and contrast to make the trails more visible but that’s all.
Whatever those things were, they – or at least their images – really were dancing around faster than the eye could see. Anybody have a better explanation I’d love to hear it, but I admit, this is really crazy, and I have NO idea what it means. But the year’s off to an interesting start, to say the least. 😯
What does it mean? Obviously, I don’t know either, but I found the reaction – or rather the lack of reaction – to the New York Times article very interesting. There was some standard debunking, of course, but not much. More importantly, for once, the media actually took it seriously. Several network news shows even ran a clip of a standard fireball over Canada and said that maybe this is why we need a UFO research program without smirks or the X-Files music.
Big name debunkers said much the same as many of the Old Guard Ufologists – “interesting, let’s hope there’s more information.”
Yet it was 1) a real Pentagon black program, 2) real pilots talked about sightings without fudging, 3) there was actual gun camera video provided. But most important were some details buried in one of the closing paragraphs:
[The program] modified buildings in Las Vegas for the storage of metal alloys and other materials that Mr. Elizondo [the program director] and program contractors said had been recovered from unidentified aerial phenomena. Researchers also studied people who said they had experienced physical effects from encounters with the objects and examined them for any physiological changes. [Emphasis added.]
In other words, they have physical material and have been studying people with close encounters. Despite the claims of many cynical old ufologists that this is not “Disclosure”, all that’s missing is them showing off a dead body.
There are several questionable aspects. The program seems to have been looking for advanced drones, which seems logical, and was of short duration – not something like an ongoing monster like MJ-12 or whatever they call the secret UFO project. Moreover, there’s the involvement of Tom DeLonge and his Trekkie-sounding group, the To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences. which seems dubious and might be a scam, despite guarded support from many old timers. However, all of that could be a means of providing protective deniability in case the public reaction was against them.
But it wasn’t. If they’ve been working to acclimatize us to the UFO reality, it has succeeded brilliantly. Nobody freaked out. And that means, expect more to come.
This is but the beginning. The Truth may be revealed in dribbles, snatches, and covered in self-serving lies, but it is finally coming out. And I think that is the meaning of my sighting. I’m not special, just observant. The signs are out there, and they may be in everyone’s face before too long.
Then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to take place, look up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near. (Luke 21:27-29 RSV)
